Scattered across the bottom were dozens of round objects, some of them arranged in small groups.
What immediately caught my attention was how similar the objects looked. Their shapes seemed too smooth and uniform to be ordinary rocks. They also appeared strangely out of place in the otherwise natural-looking surroundings of the lake.
